Our roots
The sun-drenched hills above Lapovo have known vineyards since Roman times. While building the foundations of our modern winery, the land revealed its secrets to us – artifacts that testify to the ancient wine culture of this region. We are merely the latest link in that unbroken chain.
Our family story begins in 1739, when our ancestors arrived in the heart of Šumadija. For generations, from one to the next, they passed down their love for viticulture, the secrets of harvest, and the art of creating wine that speaks the language of its land.
Modern vision
Djordjevic Winery was born out of a desire to combine the finest traditions of winemaking with a modern approach and cutting-edge technology. The vision of founder Dragan Djordjevic, shaped by experience gained around the world, has been transformed into wines that captivate with their character and authenticity.
